This comic is pretty funny for it’s truth behind it. Even I witnessed the exact same thing already twice in my short WoW career :-). Once I even got it on video here on this blog ;-).

I see dead Draenei
In Terokkar Forest, where the entrance to the instance Auchenai Crypts is located, you can find a little boy called Ha’lei. He’s the quest giver of a chain called I See Dead Draenei which is obviously based on the movie “The Sixth Sense” :-). Even the boy’s name gives you already a clue to this fact. The boy actor from the movie is called Haley Joel Osment… now pronounce the name Ha’lei again :P. This is another great feature of WoW: the quests never get boring and sometimes you even have something really funny/cool things to do.
Orc Hunter Fan Art Picture
I just found a very cool looking fan art picture (by Alexander Grigorov a.k.a. Lupi) on the official WoW website which I wanted to share with you. It’s an Orc Hunter with his pet… awesome!
@Alexander Grigorov a.k.a. Lupi: very well done dude, you rock! Any chance you could do something like that with a Draenei Protection Warrior ;-)?
Great Green Elekk
Yes, I finally hit level 60 and with it the possibility to purchase my new level 60 mount, the Great Elekk. Apart of the fact that it looks even cooler than my old one (yes that is possible :P) it also gives me a 100% speed boost instead of the 60% boost from all level 40 mounts. First I’m gonna show you an overview of the other level 60 mounts. After that you’ll see me hitting level 60 and getting my new mount, a Great Green Elekk.
Blood Elf - Hawkstrider
Dwarf - Ram
Gnome - Mechanostrider
Human - Horse
Night Elf - Nightsaber
Orc - Wolf
Paladin - Mount
Tauren - Kodo
Troll - Raptor
Undead - Skeletal Horse
Warlock - Mount
And finally the video about the Great Green Elekk. By the way: no comments about the song… I loved them when I was a teenager :P!
Shoping Cart
Just received an incredible funny link about some shopping items at Amazon.de :-)! I’m not sure how long this link will be valid so I rather took a screenshot to show you guys what I mean… this is sooooo funny :D! Just in case you never bought anything at Amazon: once you purchased something you get a list of items buyers of this product also bought.
Now what seems out of place, or rather hilarious funny, about the following screenshot :D?
Feralas’ waterfall
The level 45-50 zone Feralas in Kalimdor is pretty similar to Stranglethorn Vale or the Un’Goro Crater. Therefore I also really enjoy being there. I always liked jungles and environments which are rich on trees, plants and all kinds of animals. Anyway, here are some beautiful screenshots from the waterfall in Feralas.
Mounts
Finally, I got my beloved mount :-)! I’ve been waiting so long to finally reach level 40 in order to be allowed to obtain a mount. That’s why I’m now as happy as a little child on christmas eve :P! There are certain restrictions before obtaining a mount.
- You need to be level 40 or above
- You need to have enough money (riding skill = 90g + mount = 10g; without any reputation discounts)
- If you wanna get a mount from a different race, you need to gain a certain reputation level with them before buying a mount (Revered)
- You can only buy a mount from your side of the fraction, so Alliance members can’t buy any Horde mounts and vice versa
- Paladins and Warlocks need to complete a quest to get their mounts (but don’t need to pay anything for them… lucky bastards :P)
Before I show you my mighty Elekk, I wanna show you the other mounts first.
