The moment I was waiting for since I first started WoW finally emerged: I entered The Dark Portal and went to the legendary Outland. I’ve heard so much already in advance about its greatness and how easy it’s gonna get to obtain new, very powerful equipment compared to the “old” continents. The quests are supposed to be much more fun while giving you very profitable rewards and lots of gold at the same time. Furthermore I’ve heard that the mobs as well as the instances are rumored to be a lot harder too. Well, that fact might be compensated due to your improved equipment and experience

I haven’t played that much since entering The Dark Portal and am still questing in the first zone, Hellfire Peninsula, but so far I can tell already: it’s all true 
! The quests are even more thrilling and interesting than the old ones, the mobs are a lot tougher, you get quite a sum of gold for even rather fast and easy quests, the atmosphere in general is very tense and gives you a feeling of “Call of Duty” and the rewards… ahhhh… the rewards are so great as well ! During the first ten quests or so I was constantly replacing my equipment with new parts… and my old equipment wasn’t even that bad
